用酒石酸溶胶-凝胶法制备出纳米LaFeO3材料,粒径30~10nm。用X射线衍射仪和透射电子显微镜对材料的结构、粒径进行了分析和表征。
The nanocrystalline LaFeO3 was prepared by tartaric acid sol-gel method,its grain size is 30~10nm.X-ray and TEM were used to analyze the phase structures,grain sizes of LaFeO3.
