采用熔体快淬法,在不同辊速条件下制得SmCo5合金条带.通过X射线衍射和振动样品磁强计等手段对其结构和磁性进行研究.研究发现快淬带主要由CaCu5结构的SmCo5相组成,在低辊速(v=5m/s)条件下制得的快淬带经900℃/2h退火后,能获得高磁性能:Mr=0.91T,Mr/Ms=0.9,iHc=1296kA/m,(B*H)max=145.6kJ/m3.
