采用OM、SEM、EDX及XRD等仪器设备,研究了经渗铝和稀土渗铝处理的HK40耐热钢在1000℃、1100℃、1200℃空气中氧化的行为.发现经渗铝和稀土渗铝处理的HK40耐热钢试样,其氧化动力学呈抛物线规律,经稀土渗铝处理后的试样,其氧化膜的塑性和粘附性得到改善,抗氧化性能有所提高.
