采用微波辐射法合成了Sr2CeO4粉末,研究了微波辐射功率和加热时间对Sr2CeO4合成的影响,确定了微波法合成Sr2CeO4的最佳反应条件,并用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、荧光光谱等测试手段对Sr2CeO4的性能进行了测试.结果表明,Sr2CeO4属正交晶系,产品颗粒形状比较规则,分散性较好,粒径在0.6μm~1.2μm之间.荧光光谱测试表明,用λex=270nm激发样品,其发射光谱为一宽带,最大峰位于468nm. 以λ=468nm激发样品,得到的Sr2CeO4激发光谱也为一宽带,最大峰位于283nm,这个宽带来源于Ce4+-O2-的电荷迁移.Sr2CeO4的荧光强度随辐射功率和时间不同发生变化,其中以功率560W、反应时间60min时荧光强度最强.
