以柠檬酸为配体,在微波辐射下用sol-gel法制得了CeO2纳米粉末,成胶时间从普通加热时的24h缩短为10min,经XRD、TEM表征,平均粒径为8nm.探讨了金属与配体的浓度、摩尔比、微波辐射功率对CeO2纳米粉末制备的影响.
