拆分回收技术和破碎回收技术已广泛用于回收废旧稀土荧光灯的玻璃、汞、金属材料和稀土荧光粉等组分.进一步采用湿法浸出、萃取分离(包括超临界萃取)等方法处理稀土荧光粉,回收稀土金属,存在分离工艺复杂、二次污染和成本高等问题.深入开展气流分离、密度分离和浮选分离等预处理方法的基础研究,优化湿法浸出分离条件和萃取分离条件,有利于这些问题的解决.
