采用离子束溅射法在YSZ(110)衬底上制备Ln0.5Sr0.5CoO3(Ln=La,Pr)钙钛矿多晶薄膜,研究了载流子浓度、迁移率与温度的关系,分析了A位置稀土离子半径rA3+对电导率的影响.结果表明,在375K~667K温度范围内,La0.5Sr0.5CoO3薄膜的载流子浓度由4.76×1027/m3升高到9.43×1027/m3,迁移率由0.21cm2/Vs升高到0.218cm2/Vs;Pr0.5Sr0.5CoO3薄膜的载流子浓度由0.58×1027/m3升高到7.9×1027/m3,迁移率由0.0853cm2/Vs升高到0.172cm2/Vs.Ln0.5Sr0.5CoO3薄膜的霍尔系数激活能EH与电导激活能Eα的比值近似为2/3,符合Emin和Holstein的小极化子绝热区域导电理论.
