样品经氢氧化钠-过氧化钠熔融分解,在酒石酸存在下,用盐酸酸化,加入几滴氢氟酸,使铌,锆充分溶解,而稀土在酒石酸存在下不会生成氟化稀土沉淀.经稀释后,以ICP-AES法测定.测定范围:Nb_2O_5 1%~10%;稀土氧化物总量3%~30%;ZrO_2 1%~60%.
Sample decomposed with fused sodium hydroxide- sodium peroxide and acidified byhydrochloric acid with tartaric acid.To solve niobiumand zirconium completely, hydrofluoric acid was added and the rare earth remain in the solution.The solution was diluted and detected by ICP-AES. Mensurating scale: Nb_2O_5 1%~10%;ZrO_2 1%~60%;∑REO 3%~30%.
