采用沉积沉淀法制备了1,2-丙二醇化学合成乳酸的Au/C催化剂,研究了载体中Au的含量、HAuCl4溶液pH值、活化温度、还原方法等因素对其催化活性的影响.结果表明,在一定负载Au质量的范围内,催化活性随Au含量的增加而提高;活化温度、HAuCl4溶液的pH值决定了Au粒子的尺寸、形貌及其在载体上的分布特性;还原方法对催化活性也有较大的影响.在最佳制备条件下,获得了较高催化活性的Au/C催化剂;在低温低压条件下用于乳酸的合成得到了较高的转化率.
