详细探讨了对添加La、Zr和Sr助剂对全Pd催化剂性能的影响,结果表明,添加La和Sr能提高催化剂的抗高温老化性能,但是添加Zr不仅能提高催化剂的抗老化性能,而且能较大幅度地提高催化剂的活性.研究了全Pd催化剂的Pd含量对催化性能的影响,结果表明, Pd含量控制在1.5 g/L左右,能保持全Pd催化剂的高的活性和良好的抗老化性能.

The effects of additives La,Sr and Zr in Pd-only three-way catalysts were studied,it was found that the addition of La and Sr could improve the thermal stability of Pd-only three-way catalysts,and Zr could promote the activities and thermal stability remarkably. The effects of Pd loading were examined as well. When the Pd loding is 1.5 g/L,the excellent performances of Pd-only catalysts can be maintained.
