评述了Pt-X、Ir-X和Rh-X系中的Ll_2(γ')型Pt3X相的特性,分析了Pt-X-Ms合金系中Pt_3X(γ')相沉淀强化效应和Ms组元固溶强化相结合的综合特性,重点介绍了Pt-X、Ir-X和Pt-Al-Ru(-Cr)系合金的结构与性能,最后讨论了以面心立方铂族金属固溶体合金为基体(γ相)和以Ll_2型化合物(γ'相)为沉淀相γ/γ'超合金的发展前景.
Precipitate phases and their characteristics in Pt-X, Ir-X and Rh-X systems were summarized. The integration characters of the precipitation strengthening of Pt_3X(γ') phases and the solid solution strengthening of Ms components in Pt-X-Ms multicomponent systems were reviewed. The structures and properties of Pt-X, Ir-X and Pt-Al-Ru(-Cr) alloys were introduced and emphasized. Finally the development prospect of γ/γ' superalloys based on the solid solution of PGMs with γ' precipitate phases was discussed.
