研究了在葡萄糖溶液中HAuCl4的光化学还原过程及葡萄糖的含量对最终金纳米粒子形状的影响.当葡萄糖:金离子的质量比小于2g/1.2mg时,可得到各向异性金纳米粒子,其中质量比为0.5g/1.2mg时得到形貌良好的金纳米锥;当质量比在2~7g/1.2mg间变化时,能获得较小尺寸的球形(或类球形)金纳米粒子;而当质量比大于7g/1.2mg时,只能得到粒子尺寸较大、形貌也不均一的类球形纳米粒子.简要探讨了紫外光的作用机理和不同形貌金纳米粒子的形成原因.
