镀铑层由于具有各项优异的性能，常用作电子、光学领域的功能及装饰性镀层。通过正交试验优选出一种用于印刷电路板的镀铑新工艺。对镀液和镀层的性能进行了测试，并研究了镀液中各成分及操作条件对镀液、镀层性能的影响。此外，还介绍了镀液的配制及维护。
Rhodium electrodeposits have been frequently used for functional and decorative coating in electronic and optical industries for their excellent properties. A new rhodium plating process applicable to printed circuit board was optimized by orthogonal test. Properties of the rhodium electrolyte and electrodeposits were tested. Effects of bath components and plating parameters on properties of rhodium electrolyte and electrodeposits were also studied. In addition, preparation and maintenance of rhodium electrolyte were described.
