聚苯乙烯常用于生产一次性的泡沫塑料制品，使用后逐渐积累易引起环境污染。本文利用废弃的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料改性后作为基料，再添加改性剂、颜料等制得防腐装饰性涂料。通过试验优选出合适的改性剂和溶剂，并对涂料的各项性能进行了检测。结果表明：该涂料制作简单、干燥快、成本低、涂膜附着力好、耐蚀性优良，适用于钢铁和建筑物的防腐装饰处理。
Polystyrene is frequently used to prepare disposable foam plastic products， after use, the foam plastic products build up and bring environmental pollution. The purpose of this article was to recycle the depleted plastic and protect the environment. Depleted polystyrene foam plastic products were adopted as elementary component after modified, then mixed with modifying agent and pigments to prepare anticorrosive and decorative paint. Suitable modifying agents and solvents were optimized, properties of the prepared paint were tested. Results show that the paint has strengths such as easy to prepare, fast cured, low cost, good adhesion nd excellent corrosion resistance, and is applicable to anticorrosion and decoration of buildings and iron and steel parts.
