低温、低浓度镀铬具有其独特的优点,已推广使用多年。本文根据多年的生产实践,总结了低温、低浓度镀铬中铬酐浓度、硫酸根浓度、稀土添加剂、温度、电流密度以及阳极等因素对镀液、镀层性能的影响,并提出了管理措施。
Chromium plating in low chromic anhydride-containing bath at low temperature has been widely used for years for its peculiar advantages. Herein, the effect of chromic anhydride content, sulfate content, rare earth additive, temperature, current density and anode on properties of bath and chromium deposits was discussed, and maintenance of the process was presented.
