研制出一种以乙醇改性共混树脂为基料,磷酸和淀粉为阻燃剂的膨胀型透明耐水阻燃涂料。阐述了该涂料的制备,阻燃剂的分类及作用机理。研究了乙醇、脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺和阻燃剂对涂料耐水、阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:该涂料耐水、阻燃性好,成本低、环境污染小,适用于可燃性建筑材料的防火处理。
An expandable transparent, waterproof and flame retarding coating has been developed with ethanol-modified mixed resin as basic material and phosphoric acid and starch as flame retardant. Preparation of the coating was described, classification and action mechanism of flame retardant were described as well. The effect of ethanol, urea-formaldehyde resin, melamine and flame retardant of resistance to water and fire was studied. The results show that the coating has low cost, light pollution, good resistance to water and fire which is applicable to fire prevention of flammable building materials.
