用微弧氧化方法,在LY12基体上制备了陶瓷层,对陶瓷层的组织结构和摩擦学行为进行了研究.结果表明,陶瓷层分为疏松层和致密层,膜基结合良好,致密层主要由Al-Si-O和Al2O3相组成,其硬度高达HV1700以上,耐磨性能与硬质合金相当.
