利用透射电子显微镜详细观察了在35CrMo钢加入不同含量稀土后对淬火组织马氏体亚结构的影响。结果表明,加入稀土后使马氏体板条细化,阻碍了孪晶马氏体的形成,孪晶马氏体量减少,特别是稀土加入量为0.1%时,钢中马氏体板条细化明显。稀土提高了铸态过冷奥氏体在贝氏体区的稳定性,但对贝氏体组织形态变化影响不明显。

The effect of the RE additions with different contents on the martensite sub-structure of the quench microstucture of 35CrMo steel was examined by means of TEM. The reaults show that the martensite lathes were refined after the RE additions being introduced,which impeded the formation of the twinning martensite,especially the martensite lathes refined remarkably when the content of the RE addition is 0.1%. the RE elements improved the stability of as-cast supereoding austenite in the bainitic zone, but they affect only a little the shape of the bainitic microstructure.
