论述了强激光与材料的相互作用,热破坏因素要求材料具有高的反射率和良好的烧蚀性能,冲量破坏要求材料具有高的断裂强度。以SiC为代表的精细陶瓷材料,有着其它材料无可媲美的性能。聚碳硅烷是一种可转化为无机体的有机聚合物树脂,与SiC粉末混合后采用冷等静压成型方法,制成SiC精细陶瓷体,作为抗激光加固材料,其可行性研究给出满意的结果。

The interaction of the intense laser and the material is discussed in the paper. The results show that high reflectivity and good ablation-resistance are needed for the anti-laser material because of the heat damage, and high fracture strength is needed because of the impulse damage . The fine ceramic materials such as SiC have more superior properties than the other materials. Polycarbonsilane is a kind of organopolymer resin,which and be converted into inorganics. It can be made into fine SiC ceramics by means of cold isostatic pressing after being mixed with SiC powder. As a kind of anti-laser reinforced material ,this kind of SiC ceramics has satisfactory properties for application.
