采用压痕-弯曲强度法获得了Al2O3-SiCw和Al2O3-TiCp两种复合材料的阻力曲线,结果表明,与基体材料相比,两种材料均呈现出明显的上升阻力曲线行为.其中Al2O3-SiCw复合材料显示出更为优越的抗裂纹扩展能力.通过SEM观察及理论分析可知:材料的增韧机理及显微组织是产生这一现象的主要原因.
