用失重法和电化学法系统地研究了两种Ni基涂层(Ni60JH和Delelo50)在酸性腐蚀介质中对20钢的保护作用,实验在室温下0.5 mol/L H2SO4腐蚀溶液中进行,测定了涂层的失重率和极化曲线.结果表明,Ni60JH涂层和Delelo50涂层可使20钢的耐蚀性分别提高30和16倍,Ni60JH涂层的耐蚀性优于Delelo50涂层.Ni60JH涂层的腐蚀特征为均匀腐蚀;Delelo50涂层和20钢的腐蚀特征为选择性腐蚀.Delelo50涂层中Ni优先于Cr被腐蚀,20钢中珠光体优先于铁素体遭受腐蚀,形成蜂窝状组织.在酸性腐蚀介质中,两种涂层基本处于钝化状态;而20钢处于活化溶解状态.
