综述了纳米相增强铝基复合材料制备技术的国内外研究现状,对原位反应合成法、快速凝固工艺、大塑性变形法、高能球磨法、溅射法、溶胶-凝胶法6大类制备工艺方法的机理、特点、适用范围和现阶段开发程度,以及由这些制备工艺所开发出的新材料的优异的力学、物理、化学性能进行了分析,并综合评价了各种工艺方法的优缺点.在指出纳米相增强铝基复合材料制备技术应用现状的基础上,探讨了制备技术未来的发展趋势.
