为研究复合助剂Y2O3-CaC2的助烧机制和效果,试验分别在l700℃和l850℃热压烧结含添加剂Y2O3-CaC2的AlN陶瓷.测定了AlN陶瓷的密度和热导率,并分析了AlN陶瓷的微观结构及微观组织与宏观性能的关系.结果表明,添加复合助剂Y2O3-CaC2在1700℃和1850℃热压烧结的AlN陶瓷的第二相均为Y3Al5O12,但在1850℃烧结的AlN陶瓷的第二相和AlN晶内氧含量更低,其热导率高达223W/(m·K).
