钨合金微观性能的测定对钨合金的研究和设计有着极其重要的意义.以往对于微观性能的测试大都采用测量同种成分的单相材料的性能来代替实际复合材料的微观性能,而其结果与实际结果则存在着很大的误差.采用纳米压痕试验的方法,在钨颗粒与基体不分离的情况下测量其微观性能,分析试验结果,解释宏观现象.分析结果表明,在钨合金材料中,基体相并不是弱相,其对强度的贡献应重新认识.
