基于微观相场模型,模拟了Ni-8%Cr-17%Al合金(原子分数)在分级时效工艺(1 273 K+1 073 K)下沉淀过程中原子图像和体积分数的变化规律.研究发现分级时效工艺与单级时效工艺相比,沉淀强化γ'相尺寸较大,数量较少,γ'相体积分数略有增加,合金沉淀孕育期延长.
