采用自行设计的ECAP模具成功地将LF21铝合金组织超细化,并对其组织、性能进行研究.结果表明,挤压3道次后,得到均匀、细小的等轴超细晶,其平均晶粒尺寸为0.4~0.6μm,挤压后材料的硬度明显上升,并趋于稳定.
