采用单/双丝CO2气体保护焊分别对30CrNi3MoV钢进行焊接,并进行焊接接头的组织、力学性能及抗裂性等方面对比研究.结果表明:两种方法都能获得熔合良好、无夹渣等缺陷的接头,但双丝焊获得的焊缝硬度值和强度均值都高于单丝焊;斜Y裂纹试验中双丝焊获得的接头表面裂纹率和断面裂纹率比单丝焊接方法分别降低32%和73%.
