采用自行研制的镁合金半固态流变铸轧机,利用斜槽法制浆技术进行AZ91D镁合金半固态板材加工实验;采用扫描电镜(SEM)、"Image-Pro Plus"图像分析软件、能谱分析仪(EDS)、对板材试样进行微观组织分析.结果表明,半固态AZ91D镁合金板材的微观组织由近似球形的等轴初生α-Mg晶粒及晶粒周围黑色部分的条状物β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)共晶组织所组成.
Experiments on production of semi-solid AZ91D magnesium alloy strips were made by self-made roll-casting machine of semi-solid magnesium alloy and cooling-slope method of making semi-solid magnesium alloy slurry. The microstructures of the samples were analyzed by SEM, image processing software Image-Pro Plus and EDS. The results show that the microstructure of semi-solid AZ91D magnesium alloy strips consists of equiaxed a-Mg grain and eutectic structure β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)-the black strips around the grain.
