以SrTiO_3(STO)为基片,以La_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)MnO_3(LSMO)为缓冲层,采用脉冲激光沉积法制备了Bi_(0.8)La_(0.2)FeO_3(BLFO)/LSMO/STO多铁薄膜.通过生长条件控制,得到单相的BLFO薄膜,且沿(100)面生长,晶粒尺寸为40 nm,厚度为223 nm.BLFO/LSMO/STO纳米晶薄膜的最大电极化为25 μC/cm~2,饱和磁化强度为30 kA/m.具有多铁性能.

Using La_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)MnO_3(LSMO) as electrode, Bi_(0.8)La_(0.2)FeO_3(BLFO) thin films were grown on SrTiO3(100)(STO) substrates by pulse laser deposition. The results show that through controlling growth condition, single phase of BLFO with the particle size of 40 nm and the thickness of 223 nm can be prepared successfully, which grows along the direction of (100). The nanocrystalline films of BLFO/LSMO/STO show ferroelectric hysteresis with the largest polarization of 25μC/cm~2. The saturation magnetization of BLFO/LSMO/STO films is about 30 kA/m. The films possess multiferroic properties.
