在总结传统制备工艺的基础上,改进粉末冶金法,用一次热压成型工艺制备增强体尺寸分别为5,7,10μm的SiC_p/Al功能梯度复合材料,并对拉伸力学性能进行研究.结果表明:一次真空热压粉末冶金法制备的SiC_p/Al FGM性能良好,可减少二次加工的成本;5 μm SiC_p/Al FGM的拉伸力学性能较好;用ANSYS软件对其拉伸力学性能进行数值模拟,模拟结果与实验结果基本一致.
On the basis of the traditional preparation process, powder metallurgy method was improved. SiC_p/Al functionally graded composites with reinforcement size of 5,7,10 μm were prepared by hot press molding process, and tensile mechanical properties were studied. The results show that the SiC_p/Al FGM prepared by vacuum hot pressing has good performance,and can reduce the cost of secondary processing, SiC_p/Al FGM with reinforcement size of 5 μm has better tensile mechanical properties. Ansys software is used to simulate tensile mechanical properties,and numerical simulation results agree well with experimental results.
