利用斜坡振动浇注工艺生产Al4-5Cu4Ce合金.研究浇注温度、冷却方式和振动电压3个参数对合金凝固组织的影响.实验表明,这些参数对合金晶体形核和晶体的生长方式产生重要影响.700℃温度斜坡振动铜模水冷浇注的Al4.5Cu4Ce合金组织为均匀、细小的近球状非枝晶组织,晶粒平均直径为38.3 μm,晶粒平均圆度为2.31.
Al4.5Cu4Ce alloy was prepared by slope vibration casting technique. Effects of pouring temperature, cooling method and vibration voltage on alloy solidified structure were studied. Experiments show that these parameters of the alloy have a significant impact on crystal nucleation and crystal growth. The microstructure of the water cooling copper mold casted Al4.5Cu4Ce alloy at 700 ℃ with slope vibration is fine,and nearly spherical non-dendritic structure with the average grain diameter of 38.3 μm, the average grain roundness of 2.31.
