二硼化锆具有许多优异性能,因此它的应用非常广泛.研究氧化温度对ZrB2-YAG-Al2O3复相陶瓷的表面组成及表面显微结构的影响.结果表明:从1000~1100 ℃和1200~1300℃的氧化增重率趋势较大,而在1100~1200℃的温度范围增重率很缓慢.在氧化温度低于1200℃,氧化后的复相陶瓷中有ZrO2和B2O3生成,表面显微结构较为致密,而在1300℃氧化温度以上,可以生成Al18B4O33,表面显微结构疏松.
