对脉冲TIG焊熔透型熔池在脉冲峰-基转换期间的熔池三维形态变化进行了定性分析,并从力和能量的角度建立了数学模型.采用Surface Evolver有限元分析软件进行了数值模拟,进而通过实验结果对该数学模型作了修正.修正过的模型和模拟结果为今后定量、系统地模拟出多种条件下熔透型熔池各液面的形态规律,以此建立熔池上液面的特征量与熔深的对应关系,这种关系可以成为焊缝熔透控制的基础.
The variation behavior of the 3 D shape of full - penetrated weld pool in the period from pulsed peakcurrent to base current in pulsed TIG welding is analyzed qualitatively in this paper. The mathematical modelsare created from the view-point of force and energy. The numerical simulation is carried out using the FEMsimulation software, Surface Evolver. The mathematical models are then modified through experimental re-sults. The modified model lays the foundation for systematically and qualitatively simulating the principles ofliquid surface of full - penetrated weld pool under various kinds of condition, and for obtaining the relationshipbetween feature value of ulplper liquid surface and depth of the weld pool.
