利用Formaster FTM-4型膨胀仪对Fe-17Mn-5Si-10Cr-5Ni合金的形状恢复特性进行了分析,测得了恢复应变随加热温度变化的连续曲线.结果表明,合金在加热恢复前后,其热线性膨胀系数基本不变;合金发生ε→γ马氏体逆相变的起始温度As和预变形量无关,而终止温度Af随预变形量的增加而升高;试样在恢复过程中,前期和后期恢复较慢,中期恢复较快;合金的形状恢复率随预变形量的增大而降低;但最大可恢复应变出现在预变形量为5%左右.
