为了提高P2O5-PbBr2-PbF2系铅卤磷酸盐玻璃的热稳定性,采用非等温差热分析实验研究了P2O5-PbBr2-PbF2玻璃的抗析晶能力和非等温析晶特性与成分之间的关系.研究结果表明:在不同的加热速率下,采用ΔT、H′和Hr等玻璃热稳定性判据判断玻璃的抗析晶能力均难以得到一致的结果;kD(T)和kb(T)判据结合了析晶动力学和热力学因素,不受玻璃成分和升温速率影响,是比较好的玻璃抗析晶能力的判据;采用kD(T)和kb(T)判据发现玻璃的成分为PbF2/(PbBr2+PbF2)≈0.3时,样品具有最强的玻璃形成能力;P2O5-PbBr2-PbF2玻璃析晶的Avrami指数n约为2,表明玻璃在加热过程中同时存在表面析晶和整体析晶.
