为提高Al-Mg-Zn合金的力学性能,采用正交回归设计方法对Al-Mg-Zn合金的化学成分进行了调整和优化分析,研究了Al-Mg-Zn合金中Mg、Zn等元素含量及其交互作用对合金力学性能和组织的影响.经实验验证确定了最佳合金成分比:在铸造状态下,当Mg含量(质量分数)为3.5%~4.5%,Zn含量(质量分数)为3.0%~4.5%时,合金综合力学性能最好;而在热处理(T4)状态下,当Mg含量为5.0%~6.0%,Zn含量为3.5%~4.5%时,合金具有最佳的综合力学性能.
