采用机械球磨(MM)制备了Al-20(Wt.%)Pb复合粉,通过X射线衍射和电子探针分析了Al20Pb复合粉及其层片状组织.为得出最佳球磨工艺参数,对复合粉进行了压制和烧结实验.结果表明:球磨6 h得到的Al-20Pb复合粉具有均匀细小的层片结构,既保持较好的塑性,易于致密,又能在烧结后得到均匀细小的显微组织.
