以2-(4-氨基苯基)-4-[4-(4-氨基苯氧基)苯基]-2,3-二氮杂萘-1-酮(DA)和2,6-萘二甲酸为单体,以无水氯化钙为增溶剂,成功的得到了较高特性粘度的聚芳酰胺.研究了Yamazaki的聚合体系中多种因素对聚芳酰胺特性粘度的影响,得到的较佳工艺条件为单体初始浓度为0.35 mol/L,NMP和Py的体积比为5:1,氯化钙质量用量为溶剂体积的12%,反应温度为110℃,反应时间为4小时,在较佳工艺的条件下所得聚芳酰胺的特性粘度可达1.39 dL/g.
