采用Ca(NO3)2·4H2-P2O5-NH4F-乙醇体系,利用溶胶凝胶法在600℃获得不同含氟量的纳米含氟羟基磷灰石(FHA)粉体.通过X射线衍射分析(XRD)对纳米粉体进行了表征,讨论了不同引氟量对衍射峰强度、晶面间距、晶格常数及粒度的影响,并从FHA形成机理及结构构成方面解释了原因.结果表明,FHA主晶相衍射峰强度随引氟量增加,呈先减少后增加的趋势,晶面间距(特别是(300)晶面)从2.8133A逐渐减小到2.7894A,而晶格常数在a轴方向上有明显逐渐减少的趋势,粒度也逐渐减小.
