设计了一套原位红外反射吸收电池,可以研究Zn在干湿交替条件下的腐蚀过程和溶液在Zn表面的挥发过程,结果表明溶液在Zn表面的挥发主要有三个阶段.局部Zn表面在1%NaCl溶液中浸泡1 h后在湿度为50%的净化空气中干燥23 h的周期性湿干交替试验,腐蚀产物主要是ZnO,腐蚀产物的量在初期随着周期(d)的增大而线性增加.在23 h 的干燥过程中,Zn的腐蚀速率随着干燥时间的增加而降低.
