在模拟油田CC2腐蚀环境下,研究了含1%Cr的N80钢腐蚀产物膜的特征.结果表明,试验条件下Cr会在腐蚀产物膜中富积形成非晶态的Cr(OH)3.含1%Cr的N80油套管钢CO2腐蚀产物膜是由FeCO3晶体与Cr(OH)3混合构成,导致腐蚀产物膜具有阳离子选择性,使阳极反应受到抑制,腐蚀速率降低.腐蚀介质中的阴离子会穿过FeCO3晶体到达膜与基体界面,腐蚀基体金属,导致点蚀发生.
