研究了在Ni3Al基高温合金基底上采用阴极电弧镀方法制备NiCoCrAlYHf粘结层、电子束物理气相沉积(EB-PVD)方法制备Y2O3-ZrO2陶瓷层的热障涂层(TBCs)在1150~30℃之间的热循环氧化行为.通过对热循环过程中热障涂层界面韧性的测试和氧化行为的研究,分析了粘结层表面预处理工艺(喷丸和吹砂)对热障涂层使用寿命的影响.由于喷丸和吹砂会降低热障涂层的界面韧性,同时又促进了热生长氧化物(TGO)的生长,这些预处理工艺不利于提高热障涂层的寿命.
