针对深熔电子束焊特有的钉形焊缝形貌特征,在综合考虑了熔池和匙孔中能量吸收与再分布效应的基础上,建立了高斯面热源和圆柱体热源组合的移动热输入数值模型.进而利用ANSYS通用有限元软件,对镍基高温合金GH4133电子束焊的完全穿透和部分穿透焊接温度场进行了三维数值模拟,分析中考虑了辐射换热和温度相关材料性能的影响.两种情况下的预测结果与实际接头的焊缝金相轮廓吻合良好,证明了组合热源模型的有效性,为进一步开展热-力-组织多场耦合的准确分析提供了可靠的保证.
