用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了尼龙6(PA6)及Kevlar纤维(KF)表面改性对PA6/KF非等温结晶与熔融行为的影响.非等温结晶结果表明,KF起到成核作用,提高了基体PA6的起始结晶温度TConset和总结晶时间ttotaa,但是改性后的KF1(经己二酰氯处理,己内酰胺稳定化并阴离子接枝尼龙6的KF)的成核作用不如未改性的KF0(未改性KF)显著;非等温结晶的熔融行为表明,KF的引入使得低温峰的熔融温度和相对强度都比纯PA6的高,KF起到了成核作用,使得结晶的完善程度提高.
