通过硫化仪、动态机械热分析仪和示差扫描量热仪,考察了氟醚橡胶与氟硅橡胶的共混相容性.试验结果表明:较之对氟醚橡胶,助硫化剂TAIC的存在对氟硅橡胶的硫化有更明显的影响,导致在共硫化过程中发生由氟醚橡胶相向氟硅橡胶相的迁移;无论采用生胶共混还是采用混炼胶共混,氟醚橡胶与氟硅橡胶均不能实现很好的硫化和物理相容性.
