通过测定蠕变曲线及位错运动的内摩擦应力(σ0),研究了一种含Re单品镍基合金的蠕变行为,并计算出稳态蠕变期间的表观蠕变激活能及应力指数.结果表明:在稳态蠕变期间位错运动的内摩擦应力(σ0),随外加应力的提高略有提高,随温度的升高而明显降低.在蠕变初期,γ'相沿垂直于应力轴方向形成N型筏状结构,随蠕变进行,筏状γ'相发生粗化,且距离断口越近,筏状γ'相粗化及扭曲程度越严重,其中,由于颈缩使样品近断口区域承受最大有效应力,是使筏状γ'相粗化及扭曲加剧的主要原因.蠕变后期,合金的变形机制是位错剪切筏状γ'相.
