基于Gurson-Tvergaard-Needleman(GTN)塑性损伤本构方程,建立了小冲孔试验试样损伤分析的有限元模型.针对尺寸为φ10mm×0.50mm的SUS304不锈钢圆片状试样进行了常温小冲孔试验.试验和有限元分析所得到的载荷-位移(Load-displancement,L-D)曲线和试样破断位置一致,从而验证了有限元模型的有效性.进一步应用所建立的有限元模型系统地分析了摩擦系数、试样厚度、钢球直径、下模孔径以及冲压速率等因素对小冲孔试验结果的影响.研究结果表明:上述因素对L-D曲线、最大载荷、试样破断时间以及启裂和颈缩位置有显著影响,克服了目前小冲孔常温试验模拟中存在的不足,所得结论为今后的小冲孔试验技术发展提供了技术指导.
