采用快速凝固/粉末冶金工艺制备了一种2xxx/SiCp铝基复合材料,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)、室温拉伸和硬度等测试方法研究了不同热处理参数对材料微观组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:当固溶温度为485℃时,仍有大量未溶解的可溶相θ(Al2Cu),S(Al2CuMg)和极少量不可溶相AlCuFe存在于基体中,随固溶温度的升高,未溶解的可溶相逐渐回溶,当固溶温度达到500℃,可溶相充分回溶,仅剩下含量极少的不可溶相残留在基体中,固溶温度在490~500℃时,复合材料能同时获得较高的强度和塑性;淬火介质(水)温度超过60℃时,复合材料强度开始明显降低;自然时效时间超过60min后,材料的布氏硬度迅速提升,时效强化效果趋于明显.
