高级检索

采用近红外漫反射光谱技术对环氧预浸布的树脂含量和挥发份含量进行了快速无损检测.利用偏最小二乘法建立校正模型,通过选择不同的光谱预处理方法和光谱范围对模型进行优化,所建立的树脂含量和挥发份含量模型的决定系数R2分别为97.16和95.48,校正均方差RMSEC为0.564%和0.202%,预测均方差为0.617%和0.274%.预测集的t检验结果表明近红外的测定结果和标准方法的测定结果之间不存在显著性差异.此方法可以满足环氧预浸布的质量检测要求,为其生产过程的质量控制提供了一种有效手段.
