研究了冷轧Haynes230高温合金的静态再结晶行为及其动力学.结果表明:冷轧变形后,合金在1100~1150℃进行退火处理,可获得均匀、细小的等轴晶,再结晶晶粒体积分数与退火时间的关系可用JMAK方程进行描述.计算得到,随着冷轧变形量的增加,再结晶激活能逐渐减小,其范围为402.50~318.35 kJ/mol;随着温度的升高,再结晶完成时间急剧缩短,其范围为74.51~5.43min,温度对再结晶速率具有显著影响;最终获得Haynes230高温合金再结晶动力学曲线,该曲线可为Haynes230高温合金的组织细化提供理论指导.
